| Cao Dai is an Asian new religious movement that emerged in Vietnam in 1926 and was founded by Ngô Van Chiêu (1878 – 1932). Caodaiists, as followers of this religion are called, believe that humanity is currently in the final age of revelation and salvation, and that their religion provides God's latest plans.
