The new Mission Hall, in Mary street, Croydon, will be opened for worship next Sunday. This hall has bsen erected by the Wesleyans, pending the buildings of tbo proposed church. Rev. W. H Howard is in charge. (The Week 31 Aug 1889). First church in Croydon (Daily Northern Argus 24 sept 1890)
