| The site was presented to the church by Mr. Worley, a resident of the district. The spot having been cleared of timber, a saw-pit was erected, and the timber which had been cleared away was made serviceable for the erection of the building. Mr. Jones, late of Ipswich, was the contractor; and the structure, although small, is capable of accommodating the assembled residents of the district. (QT 17 Sept 1874) Closed date estimate |
