The walls of the English church are just being completed. It is a substantial building of dressed stone, much in the style of St. Lawrence's church, Sydney, only the architecture is somewhat plainer, and it has no tower. It is also smaller, and this is its great fault, for the congregation even now appears to be large enough to fill it, without reckoning the increase yearly taking place (SMH 18 Aug 1853)
