| Restoration works in 1940 for a cost of £9000. Gables added to the scantuary to service as a vestry on one side and chapel on the other. Stone was from several disused buildings in the district including East Talgai station. Columbarium installed at end end of the chaple, one of the few to be found in an Australian church.
