Timber used is hardwood and cypress pine supplied by Mr C Durough, of Wieambilla sawmills, and hoop pine supplied by Downs Timber Company. Dalby. The hardwood which is all ironback of first quality was used in principals, beares, top-plates, and also as chamfer boards for all outside walls. The chamfer boards are of exceptional quality and well dressed.
